Any order for gift certificates implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale, supplemented or modified by our special conditions, which cancel any contrary clause that may appear in the conditions of purchase, order forms, or other commercial documents.

Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no cash value.

The data provided during your purchase on our site are and will remain confidential. All data obtained during electronic transactions are confidential and are not communicated to third parties. No Baraka Massotherapy employee has access to it. Payment by credit card is completely secure.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Taxes must be added to all prices and delivery charges may apply if the gift certificate is to be sent by post or courier.

The goods are invoiced at the rate in force on the day the order is placed. Prices may change without notice.
